WOW! What a difference! The new system is designed with approximately 5000 gallons per hour over the main falls, and about 500 gallons per hour babbling down the creek on the left. This creek bed was formerly just a dry wash that paralleled the sidewalk. The initial "waterfall" used about 15 feet of stream and emptied into the old pond. It had to be totally torn out and lined in order to accommodate water its full length of over 100 feet.
